My friend Wanda sent me this yummy recipe for those times when you need a quick healthy snack.......

No Bake Protein Cookies

1/3 cup of honey

1/2 cup of almond milk

3-4 Tbsp Cacao powder, depending on how much chocolate flavor you like!

(you can also use unsweetened cocoa)

1/2 cup of Peanut Butter

3 Cups of oats

1 package of Vanilla Ryte Fuel (or scoop of any Vanilla protein powder)

Directions:

Heat honey, almond milk and cacoa powder in a saucepan over medium heat, stirring occassionally until it comes to a boil. Remove from heat and add the peanut butter, oats and protein powder and continue to mix until well incorporated. Form mixture into cookies, place on wax paper and refrigerate until set.
