I have been craving squash since I ate some the other night when we went out for Valentine's Day. So I decided to get a Saghetti squash. My mom used to make this when I was young and I loved it! It's low calorie, full of vitamins and minerals, and a great source of fiber!

Poke some holes or slits in the spaghetti sqash and place int he microwave for 1-2 miinutes to soften it a bit so you can cut it.

Slice it in 1/2 the long ways and lay in a pan with a little water on the bottom. Cover with plastic wrap.

Place in microwave and cook for 7-10 minutes or until the sides of the squash easily peel off in strands with a fork.

Add some butter and salt and pepper to taste! Yummers!

Enjoy!
