What is more fun than seeing a change in yourself for the better. Whether it is losing weight, cutting back on soda, sleeping better, loses inches on your arms/legs, running a mile, and the list goes on..... Take a picture of yourself, journal in a notebook about how you feel and where your fitness level is, and take some measurements before you start this journey so that you can document

along the way the changes you are making. Make a realistic goal that you can document the change. For example if you are a soda drinker and have 1 everyday, try and cut back to 5 a week and then maybe every other day and so on. Give yourself 1-3 weeks to make these small changes. It won't happen over night, but it WILL happen if you want it. They say habits take 21 days to break, that is why we are doing the 21 Day Challenge! We realize that you may not make all the recipes or live by the book EXACTLY the first time through, but you can make small changes everyday/week to be healthier!
