Oatmeal and fruit

Starting out your day right with enough energy is vital to being successful and making it through the day. Breakfast is the most imortant meal of the day! Here is a healthy option that will keep you feeling fuller longer so you can make it to lunch without starving and also full of fiber and Viatmin C.

1/2 cup oatmeal

1 Cup water

Cook. Follow the directions on the box.

I like to add 3-4 tsp light brown sugar and then a sprinkle of cinnamon. You can add fruit to the top or on the side like I did with these 2 cuties. (I am not big on mixing fruit with my oatmeal but you can!)
