Nothing beats a cut up banana mixed with some peanut butter or almond butter as a mid day snack. Ok, so a Peanut Buster Parfait tastes better BUT it's also high in fat and calories AND you will likely notice it on your backside the next day! Whereas this helathier choice will just offer you a high dose of Potassium, along with some other vitamins and minerals, protein and energy to name a few. No big butts here! Try it. You might like it! It's all about choices. :)
