Protein Bites

So my friend Mandy brought these protein bites to an all day volleyball tournament for our girls and I thought they were sooooo yummy. I may or may not have eaten one...... ok 3! Hey- it was a long day and I worked out that mroning! Besides, I hated all her hard work to go to waste if no one ate them.

1 cup oatmeal

1/3 cup honey

1/2 cup peanut butter

1/2 cup chocolate chips

1 tsp vanilla

1 cup coconut flakes

1/2 cup ground flaxseed

Mix ingredients in bowl and roll into balls. You can eat right away or you can freeze and eat as you please. I hope you enjoy them as much as I did! Definalty not a recipe where you would eat a lot. 1-2 would probably be enough. :) I'm thinking I will try them without the chocolate chips......
