Banana Avocado Smoothie

I have decided to get the Spartan Trifecta this year with my sister which means that we do a Sprint, Super and a Beast in the same year. Last year we did the Beast and the only part I struggled on was the rope climbing, so I thought I better get on the Spartan website and see what they have to teach me to help me be a better rope climber this year. As I was searching I ran across this recipe and it sounded pretty yummy! Especially because it has 2 of my favorite things in it...... chocolate and avocados. After I drink this I better find a rope and get practicing. My first race is in 3 moinths!!

1 frozen banana (peeled)

1/2 avacado

1 Tbsp cocoa powder

1 1/2 cups almond milk

Pinch of Sea Salt

Put all ingredients in Vitamix and blend away! If it is too think for your liking then add water.
