Egg Avocado breakfast

So I had Strike this mroning and came home to refuel with one of my all time favorite breakfasts. Eggs, avocado and Picante sauce! So yuumy! It's great for a morning start or after your morning workout.

2 Eggs (or 3 egg whites)

1/2 avocado

Picante Sauce to taste (i think I use about 2-3 Tbsp)

sprinkle of Pepper

Scramble the eggs to your liking and then add the cut up avocado, Picante Sauce, pepper and mix. Hope you enjoy it as much as I do!

I would love to hear any other ideas that you might have for eggs in the morning!!
